Notice under Turkish data protection law (KVKK)
This notice is given under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). The Privacy Policy gives the full details. The Turkish text is the official version.
Data controller

Data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, profile picture address.
- Account data: your account number at Apple or Google, session records, the encrypted Apple refresh token.
- Security data: a hashed key made from your IP address, kept for up to 24 hours.
Purposes
To create and run your account, to sign you in, to answer your requests about your data, and to keep the service secure and protect it from abuse.
How we collect it and the legal grounds
We collect the data electronically when you sign in with Apple or Google and while you use the service. The legal grounds are Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK, processing necessary to set up and perform a contract; Article 5(2)(ç), compliance with a legal obligation; and Article 5(2)(f), our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Who receives it
Cloudflare (hosting and database), Google and Apple (sign-in) process data for us, including outside Türkiye, to provide the service, within the rules of Article 9 of the KVKK. We also share data with authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights under Article 11
You can ask us to:
- tell you whether we process your personal data, and give information about it,
- tell you the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
- tell you who receives it in Türkiye or abroad,
- correct data that is incomplete or wrong, and tell the recipients,
- delete or destroy it under Article 7, and tell the recipients,
- object to a result against you that comes only from automated analysis,
- compensate damage caused by unlawful processing.
